Because bearings are very delicate transmission components, high-performance bearings will not reach their potential if not used properly, so the following care must be taken when handling bearings：
 
● Keep the bearing and its surrounding areas clean. Even invisible microscopic dust in bearings will increase bearing wear and noise.
● During installation, do not force pressing, strike the bearing directly, or pass pressure through the rolling elements.
● Use the proper and accurate installation tools and equipment, preferably professional ones.
● To prevent corrosion of bearings, smear hands with mineral oil when handling bearings directly by hand. Bearing should be treated against rust in wet weather conditions.
● Because the inner and outer dimensions of rolling bearings are manufactured according to standard tolerances, the appropriateness of the corresponding work pieces can be achieved only by controlling the tolerances of the shaft and housing bore.
● If all the rolling bearings are selected and also used correctly, then they should survive to their predicted fatigue life. Under normal conditions, bearing failures include flaking of the raceway, early damage caused by accidents, improper installation or poor tolerance, insufficient lubrication, entry of foreign matters and other reasons. We must fully understand the machine using the bearings, operation conditions, peripheral structure of the bearing and other related conditions as the foundation of bearing selection.
